TransparentDock 2 is an application that allows customization of the Mac OS X dock. The transparency level of the dock is fully adjustable, from fully transparent to fully opaque, or somewhere in between. An assortment of options are available to enhance the appearance & functionality of the dock, and each can be applied independently, or combined into a theme. A fully customizeable palette allows saving & switching between an unlimited number of custom dock themes. As always, built-in reset options allow returning the dock to its original state.

TreetopLights 2.4 (Mac OS X 10.3 or later required) New!

TreetopLights is an application that places a Christmas tree on the desktop and holiday lights on the menubar or screen edges. The desktop tree can be decorated with blinking or fading lights, an assortment of ornaments, a treetop star, and perhaps some snow. A small assortment of lights are available, and custom lights can be designed and added for both the tree and screen lights. The ambient lighting can be controlled for the appearance of a dimly or brightly lit room, and the transparency and size of the tree can be set to keep it out of the way, or set the perfect holiday mood. The optional but festive screen lights can blink or glow to decorate the menubar, or even go around the screen. A customizable countdown timer displaying days until Christmas and the twelve days of Christmas is included for display on the desktop tree and dock icon. There's also an option to send a Christmas greeting through Apple's Mail application. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

FreeRangeJack is an AppleScript Studio application that places an animated Jack O'Lantern on the desktop. The animation style can be adjusted to show a candle, a background glow, or both. The ambient lighting can be controlled for the appearance of a dimly or brightly lit room, and the transparency and size of the pumpkin can be set. An assortment of pumpkin carvings are included, and custom faces can be added for just the right mood. Happy Halloween!

Quit! 1.1 (Mac OS X 10.1 required)

Quit! is a Mac OS X applet for quickly quitting all open applications (including OS X applications & the Classic environment) automatically when run. A list of excluded applications is gathered from user input and retained by the script on future runs... these excluded applications are never quit by the script unless chosen. On drag & drop, the current preferences for excluded applications are reset.

ToggleClassic 1.1 (Mac OS X 10.1 required)

ToggleClassic is a Mac OS X applet for quickly toggling the status of the Classic environment in OS X. If Classic is active when the script is launched, the Classic environment will be shut down. Likewise, if Classic is inactive when the script is launched, the Classic environment will be started up. There is always a five second delay with a cancel option if you change your mind.
